Residential Resources offers a wide array of housing services for persons with disabilities that include property searches, acquisitions, renovations, and long term leasing and management. As a consultant, Residential Resources is able to provide assessments for accessible home modifications, construction management, and intervention for projects that are incomplete or have been done incorrectly.
We do not provide our services for free. We attempt to keep our costs as reasonable as possible but we understand that some individuals or families are unable to afford them. At Residential Resources, we try to assist those individuals by referring them to government agencies or other non-profits who are set up to provide financial assistance.
Having worked with people with disabilities their entire careers Residential Resources’s project managers have a particular awareness and sensitivity to the needs of the individuals they work with thereby allowing them to tailor the home modifications to the specific needs of each individual.
The primary service areas are western Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and eastern Ohio. RRI would consider going beyond these areas depending on the type and extent of the work being requested.
