In 2007, Residential Resources Inc. expanded its mission to include assisting persons with disabilities of all ages in renovating existing housing to meet their specific accessibility needs.
Residential Resources’s serves homeowners and renters of all ages and socio-economic backgrounds whose homes must be modified and made accessible due to an accident, injury, disability, or the natural aging process.
Residential Resources has delivered adaptive solutions to more than 500 renters and homeowners, successfully transitioning the home into a safe, comfortable place. We have years of experience and valuable partners.
Services range from simple grab bar installations to the construction of sophisticated accessible additions and single-family homes.

Home Modification Projects

Constructing an addition to accommodate a large bedroom along with a fully accessible bathroom can be the solution for individuals wishing to remain in their home. At the same time expanding the parking and drop off area will accommodate vans and visitor parking.
