Suzanne Evangelista

Ms. Evangelista was hired by Residential Resources, Inc (RRI) in May 2022 as Director, Independent Housing.

Ms. Evangelista manages the Independent Housing units that are leased directly to individuals.  She maintains our buildings per Housing Quality Standard requirements, completes Section 8 contracts for both City and County Section 8 recipients and maintains records and reports for housing funded through the Affordable Housing Fund, URA, HOME and other various lenders.  Her experience working with people with disabilities helps her to assist our tenants in assuming the responsibility of housing.

Prior to joining RRI, Ms. Evangelista was a Program Coordinator for Supportive Housing at a human services agency providing housing services to those with mental health disabilities.  She helped to place the people she was working with in affordable, safe housing in the community of their choice.

Ms. Evangelista graduated from Westminster College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
