Home Assessment Proves Useful

A Life Care Planner called RRI to evaluate the home of a client to determine if it could made modified to meet their accessiblity needs.  The family lived in the home for many years and wanted to stay, if possible.  After a thorough evaluation, inlcuding cost estimates, it was determined that the renovation costs would far exceed the value of the home.  Having that information to consider the family made the decison that it would be better not to spend the money in renovation but to look for another home to buy.  We were pleased that we could assist this family in making what was for them a very important decision.
